Product features of fertilizer extruder:

1. The feeder is advanced to meet viscosity of fertilizer and ensure materials can enter pressing chamber evenly;

2.The compression ratio is advanced to increase output and PDI;
3.One distributing plate on top of main shaft is adopted to make discharging more evenly;
4.Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long service life;
5.The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported and operation more stable.

1.It an be used with carbon ammonia, ammonium nitrate, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, potassium chloride and other various ratio of compound fertilizer production.

 2.Also can be used in the production of animal manure, organic manure and chemical fertilizers, rare earth fertilizer, drip irrigation, fertilizer and other organic and inorganic compound fertilizer production.

 3.The other in cottonseed meal, tomato skin, chrysanthemum, sawdust, etc. all can granulating.
